SIMON LITHWICK

Simon Lithwick joined Marciano Beckenstein LLP in 2025 as a tax associate, following his call to the Bar of Ontario in 2025. Simon’s legal practice focuses on tax dispute resolution, tax planning, and corporate/commercial matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Simon summered and articled at a Toronto-based boutique tax law firm, where he assisted clients in navigating disputes with the CRA, including matters involving notices of objection, notices of appeal, GST/HST on the sale of real property, the principal residence exemption, tax residence determination, and other similar matters.
