DAMIAN ROSTOSKI

Damian Rostoski joined Marciano Beckenstein LLP in 2025 as a tax associate. Damian’s legal practice focuses on tax planning, tax dispute resolution, corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and estate planning for individuals and families.

Prior to joining the firm, Damian was a summer and articling student at a notable large Toronto law firm. While at law school, Damian was a managing editor of the Canada-United States Law Journal, a researcher for the Bowman Tax Moot, and co-led the Western Tax Law Association. Prior to attending law school, Damian was an advisor at the Ontario Legislature and to two Ontario Ministers of Infrastructure.
