MARK ADILMAN

Mark has been in practice for over twenty-five years as a civil litigator, handling disputes in commercial, administrative, environmental, construction liens, employment, professional discipline, and family law. He has proven experience in case management and strategic planning of complex and multi-party files.

Mark provides strong and effective advocacy in civil trials and appeals, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations. He is a skilled negotiator resulting in prompt, fair, and cost-effective resolutions to contested matters.
