TOMER SHENHAV

Tomer joined Marciano Beckenstein LLP in 2020 and is currently an associate lawyer at the firm.  He mainly practices in the areas of tax planning, tax dispute resolution, and administrative law.

Tomer adds to Marciano Beckenstein’s tax planning practice by participating in structuring and implementing tax-efficient corporate reorganizations.  Tomer also assists clients throughout the tax dispute resolution process (including at the Objection level and the Tax Court/Federal Court/Federal Court of Appeal levels), and is directly involved in developing strategy and legal arguments in support thereof.
