RACHELLE PAQUET

Rachelle was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2022 and immediately joined the firm of Marciano Beckenstein LLP as an associate lawyer. Prior to and during the pursuit of her law degree, Rachelle worked at Marciano Beckenstein LLP as a real estate law clerk for nine years.

Rachelle’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law, including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties (both freehold and condominium), as well as institutional and private lending/mortgage transactions.

Rachelle never forgets how important each transaction is to the parties involved, and she is committed to always being available to answer questions about the process of purchasing and selling real estate and financing matters in connection therewith.
