JEREMY FOX

Jeremy Fox is a corporate/tax lawyer who joined Marciano Beckenstein LLP in 2016, and was admitted as a partner of the firm in 2020.

His focus on corporate/tax matters, both on the legal side (he worked at two preeminent Bay Street law firms and clerked for judges sitting on the Commercial List) and the business side (he graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business), makes him well suited to meet your legal needs.

Jeremy advises start-up, growing, and established businesses on a range of legal matters including corporate, commercial, tax and estate planning; and also assists individuals with personal tax planning, trusts and Wills/POAs. He takes pride in adding value to clients by providing advice that is timely, practical, and cost effective.
