CORY SCHNEIDER

Cory Schneider joined the firm of Marciano Beckenstein LLP in 2015. Cory has been practicing law in Toronto since 2009, and prior to becoming a lawyer worked as an engineer and consultant in the water treatment industry.

Cory counsels his clients on a wide variety of corporate/commercial and business transactions. He negotiates and drafts licensing, distribution, manufacturing, and development agreements as well as share purchase, asset purchase, and shareholder agreements. In addition, as an intellectual property lawyer and trademark agent, Cory brings a breadth of experience assisting clients across all industry sectors with respect to managing and protecting their brands domestically and internationally. Cory also advises clients on software licensing and terms of service, privacy policies, and compliance with anti-spam legislation.
